ETIS II Contract Background

 

On October 1, 2014, NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) awarded the Environmental Test and Integration Services (ETIS) II Contract (No. NNG14CR62C) to Sierra Lobo, Inc. (SLI) The contract supported the Applied Engineering and Technology Directorate’s (AETD) Mechanical Integration Services for the Environmental Test Engineering and Integration Branch Code 549, and Mechanical Integration Services for the Advanced Manufacturing Branch Code 547 at GSFC.

 

Under the ETIS II Contract, SLI provided engineering and technician test and integration support services for the study, design, development, fabrication, integration, testing, verification, and operations of spaceflight and ground system hardware and software, and operations of facilities supporting the development of spaceflight hardware.

 

As part of the ETIS II Contract (Ref: Clause H.15), SLI was permitted to establish a Commercial Program which allows the use of certain Government installation-provided property for the purpose, other than the direct performance of the ETIS II Contract.
